Personal Data Protection

Personal Data Processing Policy

The personal data protection policy set out below applies to all personal data collected by the controller on the basis of contractual performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or consent granted, whether via the website or other sources. It describes the methods of use and protection of personal data by the controller.

Controller:

See Contact section

Legal Basis
The controller processes personal data provided by the user by telephone, in person, in writing, or electronically in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

Scope of Personal Data Processed
First name, last name, company name, address, telephone number, email address, company identification number, VAT number, and any related communication, information, and documents provided by the user to the controller in connection with the provision of services.

Retention Period of Personal Data
The controller processes and retains personal data for the period strictly necessary to ensure all rights and obligations of the user and for the period during which the controller is obliged to retain the data under generally binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The controller transfers the user’s personal data to third parties only if required by law, necessary for the provision of a product or service, or based on the controller’s legitimate interest. Personal data is always transferred on the basis of legal regulations or a contract with a third party providing sufficient safeguards for personal data protection.

User Rights

Right of access to personal data — the user has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether their personal data is being processed and, if so, which data and how it is processed. The user also has the right to request that inaccurate personal data be corrected without undue delay. Incomplete personal data may be completed at any time.

Right to erasure — the user has the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data processed by the controller, provided the relevant conditions are met.

Right to restriction of processing — the user has the right to request that the controller restrict processing in certain cases. The user has the right to object at any time to processing based on the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party or processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.

Right to data portability — the user may obtain personal data provided to the controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller, or request that the controllers transmit the data directly between themselves where technically feasible.

Right to withdraw consent — the user may withdraw consent at any time, in whole or in part, by written notice delivered to the controller’s address or email. Personal data may then only be processed to the extent permitted by other legal grounds, in particular for compliance with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

If the user has doubts regarding the processing of their personal data by the controller, they may file a complaint directly with the controller or contact the supervisory authority or a court.
